Yesterday morning, the Black Gnats hit up a quiet, often overlooked section of Stony Creek. It’s set back on private property, so we sought permission from the landowner (a knock on the door and 10 second pause oughta do, right?) and threw on the waders. Garrick had a bunch of new flies in the arsenal, so he and Andy tied on a few and hit the water.

Garrick was the first to land a nice brown.

Andy stepped in and landed one as well.
